About the Role
Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company seeks a knowledgeable and strategically oriented HR Business Partner to join its Human Capital Department. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role operates as the main HR liaison for the Manufacturing division, collaborating closely with leadership and staff to provide strategic and day-to-day HR solutions. The position encompasses workforce planning, employee relations, compliance adherence, talent management, and HR service delivery, all aligned with company goals and Saudi labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic consultant to manufacturing leaders regarding organizational design, workforce planning, and people-centric initiatives.
- Translate business strategies and operational requirements into comprehensive HR tactics and execution plans.
- Support programs aimed at organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workplace culture, and managing change.
- Provide analytical workforce insights to improve productivity and overall business outcomes.
- Serve as the main HR contact for recruitment activities within the Manufacturing sector, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to meet approved staffing needs promptly.
- Oversee workforce planning efforts and manpower forecasting aligned with operational demands.
- Monitor employee distribution across organizational units and manpower suppliers for optimal allocation and ongoing business operations.
- Ensure compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) regulations and local hiring laws.
- Address recruitment challenges and coordinate hiring processes among internal teams and recruitment partners.
- Manage the industrial workforce requisites to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmation, personnel changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Maintain precise employee records, contracts, and HR documentation per company standards and Saudi labor legislation.
- Review and verify payroll inputs and employee benefits management for designated areas.
- Function as the primary contact for employee relations issues and daily HR operational inquiries.
- Lead employee relations initiatives encompassing grievance resolution, disciplinary procedures, investigations, conflict management, and workplace conduct enforcement.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
- Promote a constructive workplace atmosphere and positive employee relations.
- Assist management in resolving workforce concerns by implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Ensure full adherence to Saudi Labor Law and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Government Relations teams on employee regulatory matters involving GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, and other governmental platforms.
- Support audits and compliance inspections by maintaining thorough and accurate records.
- Identify potential HR compliance risks and implement preventive and corrective strategies.
- Drive the performance management cycle aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
- Support management with goal setting, performance review processes, development plans, and performance enhancement efforts.
- Provide advice on disciplinary and employee development matters linked to performance.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on compensation and reward programs.
- Identify skill gaps and assist learning and development initiatives alongside the Talent Development team.
- Support succession planning, talent evaluation, and leadership development efforts.
- Promote awareness of HR programs, policies, and growth opportunities among employees.
- Maintain an open-door policy to ensure easy employee access to HR support and guidance.
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to understand business challenges and workforce demands.
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations, Government Relations, Finance, Legal, and HSE departments to offer integrated HR solutions.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and governance standards within the assigned area.
- Act as the primary HR representative for employees and leadership at the Ras Al Khair facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and development, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Proficiency in HR-related software including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Competency in analyzing HR data and preparing related reports.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Experience managing performance and fostering employee development.
- Leadership qualities with skills to influence and guide organizational change.
- Capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
