Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure human capital delivery to business via strategic planning and analysis of absenteeism and external influences.
• Foster employee engagement and connection to boost morale and productivity while addressing grievances and queries.
• Detect employee relations challenges ahead of time and escalate to leadership when necessary.
• Utilize HRIS systems and advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop dashboards.
• Manage key stakeholders including operations leaders, manpower agencies, transportation, and canteen vendors.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in human resources roles, with preferred experience exceeding one year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience ranging from six months to over a year preferred.
• Experience working in confidential environments is essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Knowledge of employee relations and compliance is advantageous.
