Fulfillment Center Supervisor

Role Overview

Join our expanding Amazon Operations team in Riyadh, where you will supervise shift operations in fulfillment centers, sortation centers, or delivery stations. This role is dynamic and stimulating, involving oversight of the full order fulfillment process to ensure customers receive their orders efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety risks within your area.
• Lead, manage, and train associates to deliver top-tier service to customers.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to meet quality and safety standards.
• Provide critical shift information to frontline management and operational staff continuously.
• Adjust labor deployment during shifts to align with demand forecasts and exceed operational plans.
• Collaborate with support teams and other departments to resolve performance issues related to process readiness, safety, training, and workplace organization (5S).
• Utilize data analysis and process optimization to tackle logistics and supply chain challenges innovatively.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Flexible work availability including weekends, nights, holidays, and potential shift changes.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, with frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Capacity to work a standard 40-hour week with additional overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Kaizen and Lean methodologies for continuous improvement.
