Role Overview

Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels is looking for a committed, diligent, and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations at their property, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and uphold superior cleanliness standards across all areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and communal facilities.
• Develop and foster effective, professional relationships with housekeeping staff, clients, and contractors involved in property maintenance.
• Support and guide the housekeeping team in delivering outstanding cleaning services.
• Conduct and supervise daily on-job training for all cleaning personnel to uphold service excellence.
• Keep precise financial records, oversee maintenance schedules, and manage inventory controls for housekeeping supplies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing a housekeeping team effectively.
• Expertise in budget management related to operating supplies, replacements, and consumables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with staff and clients professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle daily operational demands.
