Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour. Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties encompassing resident rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and offices.
• Follow prescribed cleaning protocols and safety standards to maintain sanitation.
• Document cleaning activities and communicate any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precaution guidelines to sustain hygiene.
• Engage warmly and courteously with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate a constructive attitude and effectively interact with residents, administrative staff, and leadership.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination mandates.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling similarly weighted objects, and standing, sitting, bending, and walking for long durations.
• Perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
• Tolerant of and able to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Follow both oral and written instructions reliably.
• Reside within the service area.
