Key Duties

• Carry out daily cleaning duties across residents' rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and office spaces
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation processes adhere to established protocols and safety regulations
• Document cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors
• Implement infection control measures and follow universal precautions to maintain hygiene standards
• Engage courteously with residents, staff, and visitors to provide superior customer service
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent credential required
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory
• Positive demeanor with effective communication skills to liaise with building occupants, management, and company leadership
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Physical capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and sustain standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended durations
• Able to perform repetitive, routine tasks consistently
• Comfort working in proximity to cleaning agents
• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions accurately
• Residency required within the facility's service area
