Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional and memorable guest experience beyond standard housekeeping services. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for preserving the cleanliness and appearance of all hotel areas, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Attend to guest requests promptly and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain stocked housekeeping carts to ensure efficiency.
• Clean guest rooms, public spaces, and other hotel areas thoroughly.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
• Comply with confidentiality standards and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Perform manual tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position requires being on your feet for extended periods through standing, sitting, or walking and performing hands-on physical activities throughout the workday.
