Job description
Position Overview
This role is focused on enhancing the guest experience beyond basic room cleanliness. The Hotel Cleanliness Expert manages a variety of housekeeping duties, maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation throughout the hotel premises to create a welcoming environment for visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Address guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and restock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms and communal public areas thoroughly.
- Ensure safety at the workplace by adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high-quality standards and confidentiality at all times.
- Present a professional image through uniform, personal grooming, and communication.
- Physically capable of prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and manual handling of items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
