About the Role

This role focuses on more than just providing guests with a clean room and freshly made bed; it's about crafting a memorable and unique experience. Guest Environment Experts perform a wide array of housekeeping duties to ensure the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness across all areas are maintained to high standards. They have the autonomy to manage their designated spaces and address any needs as they arise.

Key tasks include responding to guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public zones, and related duties, all critical to fostering an exceptional environment for visitors.

Job Requirements

Success in this position relies on maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, upholding confidentiality, following stringent quality standards, and presenting oneself professionally through appearance and communication. The role requires physical stamina, including prolonged periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and manual handling of objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Flexibility to perform additional reasonable tasks as requested is also necessary.
