Position Overview

As a Guest Environment Expert at Four Points by Sheraton in Nha Trang, Vietnam, your role extends beyond merely cleaning rooms and making beds. You will be essential in crafting a memorable and unique experience for guests by maintaining all areas of the hotel in pristine condition. This position empowers you to manage your work space autonomously, whether that’s attending to guest requests, restocking carts, or cleaning rooms and public areas, ensuring every space contributes positively to the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Respond efficiently to guest requests with a hands-on approach to tasks.
• Stock and organize cleaning carts with necessary supplies.
• Perform physical activities including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently.
• Follow company policies and uphold quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
