Overview
Join the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts team as a Guest Environment Expert responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. This role goes beyond basic housekeeping, aiming to craft a memorable guest experience through meticulous attention to detail in guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute diverse housekeeping duties including room cleaning, restocking of carts, and maintaining public spaces to ensure a pristine hotel environment.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and effectively, contributing positively to their stay.
- Operate independently across assigned areas to address cleanliness and maintenance needs.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe, professional work environment.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and communication to represent the Sheraton brand professionally.
- Physically engage in tasks requiring standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and manually handling items up to 50 pounds.
Requirements and Qualifications
