F&B Service Expert

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set tables to create an inviting dining environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Interact with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and care.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including supplies and dining areas.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 pounds without assistance, 50 pounds with assistance), bending, and reaching to fulfill job duties efficiently and safely.
• Follow company protocols to ensure a safe work environment and uphold quality and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Work experience of less than one year in a related position is acceptable.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No certifications or licenses are necessary.
