Position Overview

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at the Autograph Collection, you are integral to crafting an exceptional guest experience beyond just a clean room and made bed. You will be responsible for managing housekeeping duties throughout the entire hotel, ensuring all areas meet high standards of appearance and cleanliness. Empowered to take initiative, you will fulfill guest requests, stock supplies, maintain guest rooms and public spaces, and perform other related tasks that contribute to a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance across guest rooms and public areas of the hotel.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction through attention to detail.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies to facilitate efficient work processes.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking for extended periods, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Uphold safety standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
