Job description
Position Overview
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and exceptional stay. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic room cleaning to maintaining the hotel’s overall appearance and hygiene. This role requires active mobility and hands-on involvement across various housekeeping duties, including responding to guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning rooms and public areas, all aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
Key Duties and Work Environment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hotel spaces.
- Deliver prompt and courteous guest service while fulfilling housekeeping tasks.
- Stock cleaning carts and supplies as required.
- Comply with all workplace safety standards to ensure a secure environment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance including uniform and communication standards.
- Engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds), pushing, and pulling without assistance.
