Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep and pristine condition of the hotel environment, delivering a unique and memorable experience to guests. This role requires competence in a wide range of housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, restocking carts, and responding efficiently to guest requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the hotel's cleanliness and appearance to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Handle a variety of housekeeping tasks such as cleaning rooms and public areas, replenishing supplies, and fulfilling similar maintenance duties.
• Operate independently within designated areas, addressing all housekeeping needs promptly and effectively.
• Comply strictly with company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality standards.
• Present a professional image with proper uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handle manual tasks including moving or lifting objects up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
