Host/Hostess and Reservations Coordinator - Lulu's Lounge

Role Overview

Lulu's Lounge seeks a confident and proactive Host/Hostess and Reservations Coordinator responsible for managing our reservations hotline and ensuring every guest receives an excellent introduction to our venue.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the reservations hotline for Lulu's Lounge, responding promptly and professionally to all calls and messages.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, special guest requests, and general inquiries efficiently.
• Gain proficiency in reservation management software such as OpenTable or SevenRooms.
• Ensure all guest and reservation data is accurately maintained and up to date.
• Make informed, swift decisions regarding table availability, seating arrangements, and guest preferences.
• Warmly welcome guests and oversee their arrival and seating processes smoothly.
• Clearly communicate all aspects of Lulu's dining, lounge, and nightclub services to guests.
• Work closely with management, service teams, security personnel, and doormen to coordinate seamless operations.
• Proactively identify and address guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Optimize table occupancy without compromising on quality of hospitality.
• Maintain composure and organization during peak, high-pressure situations.
• Exhibit high motivation, responsibility, and independence in daily tasks.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities.

• Comfortable adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality operations or eagerness to acquire relevant knowledge quickly.
• Experience or willingness to learn reservation platforms like OpenTable or SevenRooms; training can be provided if needed.
• Availability for flexible working hours including evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Background

Candidates with previous exposure to hospitality roles, reservations, guest relations, as well as settings such as restaurants, lounges, hotels, or nightlife venues, are preferred.
