Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service as the primary contact for guests, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
• Oversee front-of-house and bar personnel to uphold standards in service delivery, appearance, punctuality, cleanliness, and collaboration.
• Manage reservation logistics, seating arrangements, guest preferences, event coordination, and effective communication between departments.
• Address guest feedback, resolve complaints, and manage service recovery within authorized limits professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, cash procedures, sales documentation, team briefings, and daily operation checklists.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, licensing rules, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety requirements.
