The Wright Group is looking for a seasoned Waitstaff professional to join our energetic team operating within a bustling airport bar and restaurant setting in Corballis, Fingal. This role perfectly suits individuals with a minimum of two years' experience in dynamic hospitality environments who excel at providing exceptional service while thriving under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service to all customers.
• Greet and acknowledge guests promptly as they arrive to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including wines, hot and cold beverages, and desserts.
• Ensure all Food and Beverage items are presented and served efficiently in line with high managerial standards.
• Prepare and set up dining and beverage areas adequately before and after service periods.
• Participate actively in all scheduled training sessions to enhance skills and service quality.
• Uphold a professional, positive, and courteous demeanor towards both guests and colleagues.
• Comply with company cash handling policies and procedures accurately.

• Possesses excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to consistently delivering top-tier customer service.
• Efficiently multitasks within a fast-moving environment.
• Has at least two years of relevant hospitality experience.
• Is flexible with working hours, including willingness to work late-night and early morning shifts starting as early as 3am.
• Exhibits a good command of the English language.

Additional Information

Situated in Dublin Airport, our operations run on shift work schedules, requiring availability for early morning shifts beginning at 3am.
