Job Overview

We are looking for a Hostess to become a part of our welcoming team at Yas Plaza Hotels. This role is vital in establishing a warm and inviting atmosphere for dining guests, ensuring their comfort and attentiveness right from arrival through to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage guests with excellent communication skills and foster positive interpersonal interactions.
• Manage reservation systems and arrange seating strategies smoothly and effectively.
• Address guest inquiries concerning menu options, restaurant policies, and additional services provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in reception and waiting areas.
• Offer assistance and support to waitstaff and other team members, especially during high-traffic periods.

Candidate Profile

• Proven communication and interpersonal capabilities to connect positively with guests.
• Competency in managing reservations and seating assignments efficiently.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long durations.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related hostess role is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
