Role Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they arrive and manage waiting lists when necessary.
• Distribute menus and respond to preliminary guest inquiries.
• Escort guests to their tables or designated waiting areas.
• Allocate seating according to guest preferences while maintaining balanced server workload through proper table rotation.
• Interact with guests to confirm satisfaction with food and service quality.
• Address complaints professionally and assist in their resolution.
• Handle phone calls, process reservations, and respond to queries.
• Maintain thorough understanding of the menu offerings.
• Support other restaurant roles as required to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver exemplary customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience working within Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong attention to detail to uphold operational standards.
