Overview

Join the opening team at Crazy Horse Paris: The Dubai Edition as a Hostess, located at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This full-time role reports to the Reservations Manager or Director of Operations. Training commences in October 2026 with the venue launching in November 2026. Compensation includes AED 7,500 per month plus service charges and tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests in a professional manner.
• Confirm guest reservations and ticket types.
• Comprehend the venue's theater seating zones and follow dynamic seating instructions provided by the Lead Hostess.
• Escort guests to their designated tables and promptly adjust to table reassignments without unauthorized relocation.
• Manage large influxes of about 200 guests arriving simultaneously, maintaining calmness and professionalism.
• Recognize and communicate VIP arrivals immediately while assisting with guest queues, crowd management, and late arrivals.
• Communicate any reservation or seating difficulties immediately.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of ticket categories, package details, nightly guest experiences, and venue facilities including bars, lounges, restrooms, and retail areas.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with VIPs and high-profile guests.
• Support guest departures courteously and participate in all pre-show briefings.
• Keep impeccable grooming and presentation consistent with brand standards.

Work Environment & Operating Model

• The role requires supporting two nightly performances with distinct service modes: Show 1 featuring quick beverage and bite service and Show 2 consisting of a 3-hour prix fixe dinner with coordinated food and beverage service aligned with live performances.
• Prior experience with banquet service, high-volume dining, catering or timed food operations is highly advantageous.
• Responsibilities include working across multiple teams such as Operations, Reservations, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Technical, and Show Management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adherence to service timings, guest sightlines, and live show cues is critical along with rapid transitions between performances.
• Compliance with food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, cash handling, and applicable UAE regulations is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred background in hostess, guest relations, hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or luxury service roles.
• Experience in large-capacity venues is an advantage.
• Excellent personal appearance and confident verbal communication.
• Capability to remain composed under high pressure and follow fast-changing seating directions.
• Strong memory and detail orientation.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are favorable.
• Immediate availability to begin training in October 2026.
