Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and review reservation manifests ahead of each show.
- Oversee fast-paced guest arrivals and seat them efficiently according to zones and party sizes.
- Develop and continuously adjust seating plans in real time, considering VIP needs, no-shows, late arrivals, and walk-ins.
- Ensure premium ticket categories and zones are respected while maximizing venue capacity.
- Manage queue flow during peak times and coordinate table readiness for the dinner show.
- Lead and brief the Hostess team, assigning tasks across entrances and zones.
- Handle high-profile guest arrivals with discretion.
- Provide complete handover between daytime reservations and evening operations.
- Facilitate late seating coordination with Show Management and ensure readiness before showtime.
- Conduct training for Hostess staff on seating dynamics, reservation tools, and guest management.
- Prepare nightly reports on no-shows, seating challenges, and guest feedback.
- Support quick transitions and resets between the two shows each evening.
Operational Context
The venue offers two distinct performances: a fast-service Beverages & Bites session and a roughly three-hour Prix Fixe full dinner show demanding precise meal timing coordinated with the live performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as Lead Hostess, Senior Hostess, Guest Relations, or Reservations specialist.
- Proven ability managing high-volume guest arrivals and dynamic seating.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure with strong spatial and operational awareness.
- Leadership qualities with confident decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation systems alongside excellent English communication; multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Available to start training in October 2026.
Standards and Conduct
- Support two nightly performances, respecting their unique service and timing needs.
- Adherence to approved grooming, uniform standards, and operational protocols including food safety and responsible service.
- Communicate promptly about any delays or guest-related issues.
- Maintain discretion regarding VIPs, performers, and confidential information.
- Cooperate effectively across multiple departments including Reservations, Operations, Technical, and Show Management.
Compensation
Monthly salary of AED 12,000, supplemented by service charges and tips.
