Crazy Horse Paris - The Dubai Edition is actively searching for a seasoned Assistant Lead Hostess to become an integral part of our inaugural team. Training begins in October 2026, with the venue officially opening in November 2026. This role serves as the operational deputy for managing a swift and large-scale guest arrival and seating process, often accommodating up to 200 guests during tightly packed pre-show intervals. The Assistant Lead Hostess must exhibit speed, composure, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to take command when necessary.
Nightly Operations
- Show 1 entails rapid guest arrivals with high-volume beverage service and efficient light bites delivery.
- Show 2 is a full dinner experience spanning roughly 3 hours, featuring a pre-set prix fixe menu with guest-selected entrée options, multiple courses, and continuous beverage service.
- The dining service is fast-paced and needs precise timing; meals must coordinate closely with kitchen, floor staff, and live performance cues to ensure timely guest service.
- Experience in banquet services, large-scale dining events, catering, or timed food-service environments is highly regarded.
Primary Duties
- Collaborate in reviewing and managing nightly reservations and seating allocations.
- Aid in creating and updating a flexible seating strategy.
- Assist in directing around 200 guests arriving during condensed intervals.
- Allocate seating based on ticket zones, party size, sequence, and table availability, adjusting plans dynamically as arrivals fluctuate.
- Manage queues and guest traffic flow efficiently.
- Confirm VIP arrivals and accommodate special requirements.
- Maintain real-time awareness of table status and coordinate readiness with food and beverage teams.
- Support hostess team placements and task delegation.
- Handle reservation inquiries and guest verifications.
- Monitor late arrivals, walk-ins, and no-shows, and assist in resolving seating conflicts.
- Oversee VIP guest arrivals when assigned.
- Help facilitate smooth transitions between performances.
- Provide training and mentorship to hostesses.
- Step into Lead Hostess duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as Hostess, Senior Hostess, Guest Relations or Reservations personnel.
- Background in managing high-volume hospitality settings preferred.
- Capability to perform well under pressure with rapid problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- High level of spatial awareness and proficiency with reservation systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Fluent English required; additional language skills advantageous.
- Availability to start training in October 2026.
Operational Standards
- Support two daily performances, understanding distinct service expectations for each.
- Attend pre-show briefings and maintain appropriate grooming in approved uniform.
- Respect service timing, guest visibility, and live performance cues.
- Act with speed, precision, discretion, and professionalism while maintaining a luxury presentation.
- Promptly report delays or operational issues.
- Work collaboratively across departments including Operations, Reservations, Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Technical, and Show Management.
- Maintain confidentiality concerning performers and VIP guests.
- Adhere to all relevant food safety, hygiene, responsible alcohol service, cash handling, and UAE regulations.
- Support rapid reset and transitions between the first and second shows.
- Deliver hospitality standards consistent with Crazy Horse Paris’s reputation for elegance and premium service.
