Role Overview

The school is seeking a dedicated full-time Hostel Warden to be based on-site. This role involves managing all aspects of hostel operations, providing guidance and supervision to resident students, maintaining order and discipline, and ensuring the overall well-being and safety of the students.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the everyday running of the hostel facilities.
Supervise student behavior to ensure proper conduct.
Keep track of students' health and wellbeing.
Maintain discipline within hostel premises.
Coordinate with housekeeping, food service, and laundry teams.
Create and sustain a secure and healthy environment.
Provide regular reports to school management.

Qualifications and Skills

A graduate degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in hostel management and student care.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Patience and empathy towards young residents.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Capability to collaborate effectively with a team to ensure student needs are met.
Background in education sector considered advantageous.
