Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, adhering to proper manual handling and heavy lifting protocols.
• Maintain high standards of safe driving and complete routine vehicle checks.
• Deliver groceries ensuring they arrive in excellent condition.
• Offer outstanding service directly to customers at their homes.
• Support in-store operations when needed and manage time effectively working autonomously.
• Work flexible shifts that may begin as early as 6am and end as late as 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with fewer than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Show punctuality and an ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Maintain a strong focus on road safety awareness.

Compensation and Benefits
