About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Iceland Foods, located in Locks Heath, England. This position involves providing excellent service to customers by delivering their orders safely and efficiently. The role keeps you active and engaged as the face of the company while on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans following safe handling guidelines, including managing heavy lifting.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform regular safety and maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain the quality and condition of food items during transport and upon delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery interaction.
• Assist with store duties when needed.
• Work independently managing your schedule efficiently.
• Adapt to shift patterns that may vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license with at least three years of experience and no more than six penalty points.
• Bring a positive, friendly attitude with a strong passion for delivering quality customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate strong awareness of road safety regulations and practices.
