About the Role

Iceland Foods is looking for dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in providing outstanding customer service while on the road. This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy staying active, working independently, and engaging directly with customers as the representative of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all parcels are safely loaded into the van, adhering to manual handling and heavy lifting protocols.
• Follow strict safe driving standards at all times to ensure safety on the road.
• Conduct thorough van inspections and checks routinely.
• Deliver groceries in an excellent condition maintaining quality for the customer.
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service during deliveries.
• Support in-store activities when required.
• Effectively manage your schedule and task list while working independently.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns ranging between early morning (6am) and late evening (11pm).

Applicant Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years with a maximum of six penalty points.
• A positive, warm, and customer-focused attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to meet deadlines.
• A heightened awareness of road safety practices.
