Professional Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking skilled professional drivers for a premium luxury transportation service based in Dubai. This position demands consistent attendance, courteous and professional passenger interaction, safe and compliant vehicle operation, and a strong focus on achieving monthly performance and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept and complete all assigned trips with professionalism and remain available throughout assigned working hours.
• Be punctual for work, adhere to operational schedules, and contribute towards efficient fleet usage and revenue generation.
• Provide courteous and respectful service to passengers, addressing customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, follow dispatch instructions, comply with UAE traffic regulations, and maintain safety protocols.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, and presentable, while taking good care of company assets.
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical problems to the relevant authorities.
• Maintain confidentiality, wear the required uniform, and present a professional appearance at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

The base monthly salary is AED 1,750. Drivers are eligible for progressive commission and charging subsidies based on monthly net revenue.

Commissions are calculated on monthly net revenue and payments align with the company payroll cycle.

Company Support

• Regular upkeep of vehicles and an allowance covering one full set of four tyre replacements annually.
• Responsibility for vehicle registration renewal and insurance covered by the company.
• Single-person visa sponsorship and provision of an RTA Card.
• Fleet management and operational oversight are provided to drivers.
