Overview

We are seeking Home Delivery Drivers to join our team, providing outstanding service while delivering groceries to customers across the Greater Lincoln Area. Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe loading techniques for the delivery van, including handling heavy items carefully.
• Follow all safe driving regulations and practices at all times.
• Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure readiness and safety.
• Deliver food items maintaining their quality and condition until they reach customers.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist in-store when necessary to support team operations.
• Manage time effectively while working independently across variable shifts ranging from early morning to late evenings.

Requirements

• Possess a valid full driving license held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit punctuality and an ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of road safety awareness and compliance.
