As a Home Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in bringing the goods our online shoppers order directly to their homes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid UK or EU driving licence held for at least one year, possessing no more than six penalty points.
• Completion of an online driving risk assessment during the interview process is required; successful candidates will undergo a driving assessment upon joining.
• Right to Work eligibility in the UK is mandatory.

Role Responsibilities

• Operate a 3.5-tonne van to deliver grocery orders punctually and in excellent condition.
• Perform pre-drive inspections to ensure the van is tidy, well-organized, roadworthy, and delivery containers are securely loaded before heading out.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with inquiries, explaining substitutions, and updating customers on any delays.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of products, services, and promotional offers to make informed suggestions.
• Assist with in-store tasks as needed when not engaged in deliveries.
