Home Delivery Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team, based in Bognor Regis, England. At Iceland Foods, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and a supportive work environment. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of £13.71 along with numerous employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures when loading delivery vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices on all delivery routes.
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure van safety and functionality.
• Deliver groceries ensuring that items arrive in optimal condition to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery interaction.
• Assist with in-store duties when required.
• Manage time effectively and work independently to meet delivery schedules.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns ranging between 6am and 11pm.

Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Display a positive and friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Show strong awareness and adherence to road safety standards.
