Home Delivery Driver

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers who value independence, enjoy active workdays, and connecting with customers. This role involves safe transportation and delivery of grocery orders, representing Iceland Foods directly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow proper van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Maintain responsible and safe driving habits at all times.
• Conduct thorough vehicle checks before and after shifts.
• Ensure groceries arrive in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage positively with clients.
• Assist in-store duties when necessary.
• Manage your time effectively to work independently.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules ranging from early mornings (6am) to late evenings (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and passion for excellent customer service.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to road safety.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of £13.71.
