About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team at Iceland Foods in Perth, Scotland. This role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, acting as the face of our brand, and providing outstanding service while maintaining safety and efficiency on the road. If you enjoy staying active and independent with interaction at every delivery, this position offers an engaging work environment with varied shift patterns from early morning to late evening.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to safe van loading practices, including handling heavy goods safely.
• Follow safe driving procedures consistently during deliveries.
• Conduct thorough van checks to ensure vehicle safety and readiness.
• Deliver food items ensuring that quality and condition are maintained upon arrival.
• Offer excellent customer service during each delivery interaction.
• Assist with store duties as required, demonstrating flexibility.
• Manage your time effectively while working independently.
• Be prepared to work shifts between 6am and 11pm as scheduled.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A positive attitude with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
• Reliable and punctual, able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong understanding and awareness of road safety regulations and practices.
