Role Responsibilities

• Follow all safe van loading protocols including heavy lifting and manual handling techniques.
• Adhere consistently to safe and responsible driving practices.
• Conduct thorough checks of the delivery van before and during use.
• Ensure that food items are delivered to customers in fresh, optimal condition.
• Deliver excellent service to customers through friendly and professional interaction.
• Assist with tasks in-store as needed in support of the team.
• Work independently, managing scheduling and time effectively.
• Be flexible with working shifts, which may vary between early mornings (6am) and late evenings (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a full driving license valid for at least 3 years and have no more than 6 penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to work within strict deadlines.
• Maintain a strong awareness of and commitment to road safety standards.
