Role Overview
The Home Care Aide role involves assisting clients with household chores and daily living activities when they are unable to manage on their own. These duties are performed following an established Care Plan and/or under supervision from a client’s family member or authorized representative. The position reports directly to the Help at Home Supervisor assigned to each client.
Responsibilities
- Support seniors in their homes with light housekeeping and running errands.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming.
- Accompany clients to appointments outside their homes as needed.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Have reliable and insured transportation.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and required training as mandated by the organization and state regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay with weekly payments, starting up to $16.35 per hour.
