Join GardaWorld as a HealthCare Security Guard in Kingston, Ontario, where your role blends effective security measures with compassionate service in a dynamic health care environment. Every day, you will contribute to a safe and reassuring atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors by performing routine security tasks and managing critical situations with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patrols to detect any unusual or suspicious activities within health care premises.
- Manage access control by verifying identification and monitoring entry points.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to incidents and emergencies, maintaining calm and order.
- Document all occurrences, incidents, and observations in detailed and clear reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring the safety and security of all individuals.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Valid security guard license compliant with local regulations.
- Certification in first aid to handle medical emergencies appropriately.
- Quick decision-making and the ability to adapt rapidly to evolving situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
