Position Overview

As Head Stylist, you will lead the delivery of premium styling services encompassing signature blow dries, precision haircuts, and expert color treatments, mixing traditional techniques with contemporary trends to uphold the Duck & Dry brand signature. You will provide personalized product recommendations and foster a luxury client experience from appointment scheduling to service completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform expert styling services incorporating modern and classic hairdressing techniques.
• Advise clients on Duck & Dry haircare products, tailoring aftercare to individual needs.
• Promote salon services and products, providing clear comparisons to guide client choices.
• Lead with exemplary customer service, ensuring each guest feels uniquely valued.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs intuitively to create extraordinary experiences.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize service flow and timeliness.
• Oversee simultaneous appointments, adjusting staffing and pace as needed for flawless delivery.
