Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Program Delivery to join the Product team, based in Perth or Sydney. This role entails providing Product and Commercial leadership with a dependable and transparent overview of program commitments, risks, and competing priorities across our global brand and platform portfolio. You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting delivery progress at a portfolio level to equip the business with clear insights for confident decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a unified, comprehensive view of portfolio and program health by consolidating delivery and status information from teams across the organization.
- Manage tracking and reporting processes for complex, cross-brand, and cross-functional programs.
- Identify and communicate risks, conflicts, and dependencies proactively, providing sufficient context for prompt leadership action.
- Implement structured planning and prioritization rhythms across the portfolio to enhance coordination and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, including leadership and team-building responsibilities.
- Proven record of managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional programs with accountability for delivery performance.
- Comfortable holding senior leaders accountable for delivery schedules while nurturing positive relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with the capability to translate risks into actionable insights for leadership.
- Experience establishing and maintaining a single source of truth, such as Jira or equivalent tools, across teams at various maturity levels.
