About the Role
Become an integral part of the Rapport team as a Guest Services Supervisor, stationed at a prestigious law firm in central Dublin. This permanent full-time position involves contributing to a culture dedicated to exceptional service delivery and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining high operational standards to ensure excellent client service.
- Work alongside the Client Services Manager with daily site management duties.
- Manage meeting room operations to guarantee premium setup, hospitality, and catering standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular team check-ins to promote a guest-focused approach and offer continuous support.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to promptly address and resolve guest concerns.
- Support recruitment activities, including interviews, onboarding, and participating in staff development reviews.
- Coach and inspire team members to enhance skills, boost confidence and maintain consistency in routine operations.
Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in a similar supervisory or client service role preferred.
- Familiarity with human resources and recruitment best practices.

Employment Details
This is a full-time permanent position requiring 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with shifts rotating between 8 AM and 7 PM.
