Position Overview

The Guest Experience Expert role is centered on creating memorable and personalized guest experiences beyond simple check-in and check-out procedures. Candidates will be proactive in offering a variety of services throughout the guest's stay, helping with operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, and sharing insights about the local area. This position requires mobility within the work environment and the ability to handle light lifting duties (up to 10 pounds) independently.
