They take initiative to fulfill operational tasks, promptly respond to guest requests, complete necessary reports, and offer insights about the local area to enrich the guest experience. This role demands proactive interaction and mobility within the workspace to ensure an engaging and seamless experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Arrival Experts must deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests feel supported throughout their stay. This includes executing assigned tasks that could involve physical handling of items, standing or walking for extended periods, and coordinating with team members to uphold service standards.

Success in this role requires adhering strictly to safety protocols, company policies, and confidentiality agreements. Maintaining the integrity of company assets, upholding high-quality standards, and presenting oneself professionally in communication and appearance are essential. The physical demands of the job include lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently and heavier with assistance.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• No prior related work experience is required
• No supervisory experience necessary
