- Collaborate with AI leadership to integrate AI capabilities natively within the data platform.
- Prioritize platform modernization addressing scalability, security, and seamless integration, balancing new features, technical debt, and stability.
- Coordinate between product and go-to-market teams for smooth launches, packaging alignment, and effective enablement.
- Engage with key enterprise customers and advisory groups to gather feedback and promote Nuix’s product vision.
- Drive go-to-market and pricing strategies that effectively convert platform value into commercial success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI-native product development practices, ensuring they are embedded in daily workflows and decisions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing both technical and executive leaders.
- Strong familiarity with AI-driven development workflows and insight into AI’s impact on software lifecycle.
- Commercial savvy with experience in shaping packaging and monetisation strategies.
