Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the machine learning product roadmap focusing on core speech and natural language processing across multiple markets.
• Develop and maintain a structured feedback loop integrating inputs from customers, Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success to inform ML priorities.
• Establish and uphold a model evaluation framework that governs release metrics, data slicing, threshold setting, and regression standards.
• Collaborate closely with Speech and NLP technical leads to implement improvements and ship updates to production.
• Enhance analytics and data integration for ML to align training datasets, production measurements, and performance goals.
• Manage key ML product performance indicators such as no-edit rate, documentation rate, editing frequency, and transcription accuracy to ensure measurable progress.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in product management, preferably with exposure to speech recognition, NLP, or large language models.
• Strong technical understanding of machine learning concepts including evaluation, data preparation, latency versus quality considerations, and deployment processes—while model training is not required, deep comprehension is essential.
• Demonstrated success in launching ML-enhanced products with clear user benefits.
• Experience designing and operationalizing frameworks for ML model evaluation.
• Fluent in English with intermediate German skills (approximately B2 level) to engage effectively with customers and end users.
• Willingness to work primarily from Berlin in a hybrid setting; relocation support is available.
