This opportunity is at an independently owned and operated franchise location.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety regulations, corporate policies, and related programs.
• Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and merchandising stock as per company procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to satisfy customer needs and foster loyalty.
• Promote featured products actively to boost store sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of back shop and retail floor according to company standards.
• Prepare customer orders when required.
• Handle department shrink processing as necessary.
• Assist in training new or junior staff members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Capability to work independently in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
