Graphic Designer

About the Role

Whizz HR is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer based in Mumbai to develop a variety of visual content supporting social media campaigns, marketing materials, branding initiatives, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging visual graphics for social media channels including posts, LinkedIn recruitment creatives, banners, and advertising content
• Design diverse marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and email creatives
• Ensure branding needs are addressed consistently in both internal and external communication materials
• Adapt and resize designs to meet the specifications of different digital and print platforms
• Collaborate effectively with teams in marketing, recruitment, and business development to fulfill design requirements
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative outputs
• Provide support for elementary video editing and motion graphics tasks when necessary

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
• Fundamental understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Awareness of social media design formats and best practices
• Strong creativity coupled with close attention to detail
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a rapid work environment
