In the banking sector, you will primarily work onsite with clients in the Rhein-Main area. Your role blends traditional IT architecture tasks with advancing our strategic partnership with Google Cloud. You will integrate applications into existing infrastructures, design IT blueprint plans, and ensure stable, scalable solutions aligned with compliance and client standards. Additionally, you will nurture the Google partnership by coordinating programs and supporting joint go-to-market efforts focused on Data, AI, Cloud, and Sustainability. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define IT infrastructures while creating IT blueprint plans and integration architectures.
• Gather and document data and system requirements within existing IT landscapes.
• Analyze workflows including current vs. desired state assessments and evaluate solution options with feasibility studies.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Change Management, Technical Teams, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure compliant, stable, and extensible architectures.
• Organize and lead workshops, preparing and presenting decision-making documents.
• Monitor market and technology trends within the Google Cloud ecosystem and derive relevant insights for the partnership.
• Maintain the Google partnership in coordination with internal stakeholders and Google contacts regarding goals, programs, and priorities.
• Contribute to joint go-to-market initiatives across Data, AI, Cloud, and Sustainability, identifying and qualifying opportunities nationwide alongside sales teams.
• Support marketing and communication efforts, including co-marketing, partner campaigns, and events to enhance CGI's visibility as a strategic Google partner.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an IT architect, preferably in the banking or financial sector, with strong expertise in integration and infrastructure topics.
• Proven ability to develop IT blueprint plans, design interfaces, and embed applications in complex landscapes.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud services and patterns such as Identity & Access Management, Networking, Data/Analytics, Containerization, and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience in partner or alliance management with hyperscalers is advantageous, including alignment on goals and joint programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with effective communication and presentation abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail combined with abstraction skills; structured and quality-assured work based on proven methods.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the banking environment.
• Fluent in German and English with willingness to travel.
