Position Overview
We seek a skilled Pega Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience for our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will engage with business analysts, architects, developers, and other teams to analyze requirements, design and develop scalable Pega BPM and Case Management applications, and deliver robust solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Pega BPM and Case Management solutions using Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega applications.
- Configure workflows, business rules, decision tables, and manage case lifecycles.
- Create reusable components and enterprise-level frameworks.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems and APIs.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, MQ, and Pega Connectors.
- Troubleshoot and support applications in production environments.
- Perform performance tuning and optimize Pega solutions.
- Participate in architectural reviews and technical design discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and quality benchmarks.
- Implement AI-enabled software development lifecycle practices and automation throughout development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management and Business Process Management workflows.
- Thorough knowledge of Decision Rules, Decision Tables, and Declarative Rules.
- Familiarity with Data Pages, Activities, Flow Actions, and Sections within Pega.
- Experience integrating via REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Working knowledge of MQ integration and Pega Connectors.
- Competence in Java programming.
- Strong SQL abilities.
- Experience handling data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools including Git and Jenkins.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pega Customer Service and Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Knowledge of Pega Robotics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Exposure to cloud deployments and cloud-native application environments.
- Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare sectors.
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Lead System Architect (CLSA) qualifications.
- Experience applying AI-enabled development practices and automation tools.
