Senior Java Fullstack Developer / Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React to join our team on a full-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, including working with databases, automation testing frameworks, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications utilizing Java and Spring Boot technology.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-driven solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-centric interface designs using React.
• Write efficient SQL queries and oversee relational database management.
• Develop and sustain automated test scripts leveraging automation testing tools.
• Conduct unit, integration, and API testing to validate application functionality.
• Utilize cloud services and manage deployment through CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot software defects, enhance application performance, and adhere to coding standards.
• Take active participation in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong proficiency in Java programming with 4 to 8 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Competent in building frontend applications using React.
• Solid understanding of SQL, database schemas, and query tuning.
• Experienced in automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Knowledgeable in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for application deployment.
• Proficient with Git version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and software development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Knowledge of API testing utilities like Postman or REST Assured.
• Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization techniques.
• Awareness of secure coding standards and DevOps best practices.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Thane, India, requires face-to-face presence at the workplace. Eligible candidates must hold a graduate degree. Salary offered ranges from 1,500,000 to 2,500,000 INR annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
