Role Summary

We seek seasoned professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience proficient in Python programming and advanced AI technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI. Candidates will be expected to design, develop, and deploy AI and GenAI solutions leveraging contemporary frameworks and large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI applications using Python.
• Construct and improve RAG-based pipelines tailored for enterprise scenarios.
• Create Agentic AI workflows that incorporate tool utilization and manage complex multi-step operations.
• Integrate LLMs into enterprise-grade applications, interfaces, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Refine prompt techniques, retrieval mechanisms, and optimize the overall performance of GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to translate their needs into scalable AI implementations.
• Adhere to security, privacy, testing protocols, and ethical AI guidelines during development.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive practical experience in Python development.
• Sound understanding and application of AI/ML principles and model lifecycle management.
• Proficient with Generative AI techniques and working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in creating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Familiarity with vector representations, semantic search strategies, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Experience working with Agentic AI and AI agents, including integration of tools and handling of multi-step workflows.
• Competence in integrating LLM APIs and AI services.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON data formatting, version control using Git, and deployment processes.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot scalable AI systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
• Working knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps frameworks including model monitoring, evaluation, and deployment.
• Familiarity with tools such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Information

The role is based in multiple locations across India including Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kochi, and Hyderabad. Interviews will be conducted virtually on 23rd October 2026. Candidates who can commence work within a 90-day notice period are preferred.
