Job description
Position Overview
CGI is seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Architect to help clients establish strategic direction, design scalable platform architectures, and optimize the benefits from their ServiceNow deployments. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role demands comprehensive business and architectural expertise combined with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with clients to comprehend their business objectives, strategic priorities, and operational challenges.
- Architect, design, and steer the implementation of intuitive, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions suited to client requirements.
- Lead the definition of solutions and communicate architectural recommendations through workshops, presentations, and continuous stakeholder engagement.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support; mentor and coach ServiceNow developers.
- Assess and integrate both legacy and contemporary technologies to create cohesive architectures.
- Devise migration strategies transitioning from current environments to target ServiceNow frameworks.
- Advocate and promote ITIL principles, governance, and industry standards throughout teams.
- Offer architectural leadership and expert consultation ensuring alignment with best practices and CGI delivery methodologies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with responsibilities in architecture or senior solution design.
- 7+ years working in IT, preferably within enterprise settings.
- Solid grasp of enterprise and solution architecture theories, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Broad technical competence across applications, infrastructure, systems integrations, and telecom.
- Experience with tiered support structures like IT Operations Management (ITOM) or Security Operations (SecOps) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling translation of complex ideas to technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to excellence and enthusiasm for empowering teams and clients to succeed.
Compensation
Estimated salary range is between $110,000 and $210,000 annually. This range considers skills, geographic location, experience, training, certifications, and other factors. Final compensation reflects individual circumstances.
